Compliance Coordinator

About the role

The Compliance Coordinator will support the organization’s adherence to healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations by auditing promotional activities, managing contracts, and monitoring evolving industry rules. This position ensures that all documentation meets internal policies and external legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify pre‑event documentation for promotional activities to ensure compliance.
• Audit post‑event records to guarantee accurate, complete documentation.
• Assist in preparing and delivering annual training programs covering healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and related regulations.
• Monitor, review, and communicate updates on new and evolving healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Organize, file, and securely store legal contracts and compliance documents.
• Support vendor due‑diligence by reviewing pre‑qualification documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of compliance experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational abilities, effective written and verbal communication, and excellent attention to detail.
