Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will act as the bridge between our brand and its online audience. By curating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and fostering authentic connections, you will help grow a vibrant, loyal community while boosting brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategy.
• Develop a monthly social media calendar with content themes and present it for approval.
• Produce engaging text, image, and video assets for all social platforms.
• Respond promptly to comments and customer inquiries.
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns within allocated budgets.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships through authentic engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular feedback.
• Coordinate and participate in events to enhance community presence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Communications, Development, and Buyers teams to ensure brand consistency and stay updated on new products.
• Identify opportunities for social media growth and stay current with digital trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in community or social media management.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
