Community Manager - Crypto

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead its cryptocurrency communities. You will be the primary point of contact for members across Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms, ensuring a vibrant and well‑moderated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate crypto communities on Telegram, Discord, and social media platforms.
• Engage with community members, answering inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor discussions, feedback, and sentiment related to the brand and crypto products.
• Identify and report community insights, trends, and potential reputational risks.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives.
• Organize community activities such as AMA sessions, contests, and live discussions.
• Track community engagement metrics and provide performance insights.
• Ensure communication tone aligns with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media.
• 3+ years of experience in community management or social media.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and crypto communities.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry trends.
