Cloud System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud System Administrator to design, deploy and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The role involves ensuring reliable, secure and performant services across virtual machines, storage, networking and related platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain virtual machines, storage, networking components and cloud services.
• Design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Manage identity and access controls, including IAM, roles and security policies.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, configuration changes and security hardening.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and conduct regular health checks.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Work with hyper‑converged infrastructure solutions and related technologies.
• Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery processes and ensure data protection.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Use IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to manage incidents, requests and changes.
• Fulfill technical requests from clients and provide timely support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth infrastructure operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, identity management, networking, storage and security concepts.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery and ITSM solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
