Client Success Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience and build our client success function as the program scales. You will be the first warm, steady voice a client hears after enrollment and ensure no client falls through the cracks during the critical first 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Welcome Calls, set expectations, and activate spouse seats.
• Match clients with appropriate coaches and manage a structured check‑in cadence.
• Identify at‑risk clients early and intervene to prevent churn.
• Maintain accurate client records in GoHighLevel and coordinate communication via Zoom and Slack.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve onboarding processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or high‑touch client‑facing roles.
• Familiarity with coaching programs, therapy‑adjacent services, family services, or pastoral care is preferred.
• Comfortable working 8 hours per day from 4 PM to 12 AM Beirut Time, five days a week.
• Fully remote work setup with reliable internet connection.
