About the role

Edgebot is building AlphaLab, an AI quantitative research lab for trading firms. We are hiring a Quant Research Intern to help develop and evaluate systematic trading strategies.

Key responsibilities

Research trading hypotheses, analyze market data, and implement experiments in Python.
Run backtests and assess strategy performance, statistical validity, and robustness.
Document research methods and findings, and collaborate with engineers to improve AlphaLab’s research capabilities.

Required profile

Pursuing a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Strong interest in financial markets and quantitative research.
Based in Lebanon and available to work on‑site at the Beirut office.
