About the role

We are seeking a remote Client Engagement Agent to guide our clients through recruitment solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and build lasting relationships. The role demands strong multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver daily updates to over 100 clients through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement enhancements.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service role.
• Familiarity with recruitment and HR processes is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Ability to handle over 100 client interactions daily with efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when managing difficult client interactions.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in various communication tools and platforms.
