About the role

We are seeking a motivated Career Development Manager to join our fully remote team. In this position you will research diverse professional fields, guide clients through their career journeys, and create personalized plans that help them secure their ideal roles.

Key responsibilities

• Research various professional fields and produce concise briefs for internal use.
• Conduct thorough onboarding sessions to capture clients' professional backgrounds.
• Identify suitable job titles and roles aligned with clients' experience and goals.
• Design CV structures and content that match target positions.
• Develop and deliver interview training programs tailored to each client.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather insights on specific sectors.
• Plan daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms.
• Monitor application statuses and devise strategies to improve outcomes.
• Address client objections and turn concerns into positive results.
• Hold strategy meetings with clients facing challenges.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships for long‑term engagement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, career counseling, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Highly extroverted with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Quick thinker with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to rapidly changing tasks.
• Reliable and consistent in delivering results on time.
