About the role

We are seeking a remote Career Development Advisor to support experienced professionals in navigating their job search. The advisor will research various industries, create tailored career plans, and provide ongoing coaching to help clients secure their ideal positions.

Key responsibilities

• Research diverse professional fields and produce informative briefs for internal use.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to understand each client’s background and goals.
• Identify suitable job titles and roles aligned with client experience and aspirations.
• Design CV structures and content that match target positions.
• Develop and deliver personalized interview training programs.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather insights on specific roles.
• Plan daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms for clients.
• Monitor application statuses, analyse results, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Address client objections, turning concerns into positive actions.
• Hold strategy meetings with clients facing challenges to refine approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, career counseling, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Highly extroverted with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Quick thinker, detail‑oriented, and reliable in delivering results.
• Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to changing priorities.
