Cardio Line Field Manager

About the role

The Cardio Line Field Manager leads and develops a team of Medical Representatives to drive sales of cardiovascular products, expand market share, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This role combines strategic territory planning with hands‑on coaching and ensures compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and motivate Medical Representatives; conduct joint calls and regular field visits.
• Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs and perform performance evaluations.
• Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Analyse market trends, track competitor activity and recommend business actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, internists and hospital key opinion leaders.
• Ensure daily activity reporting, monitor call quality and territory coverage through the CRM system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the cardiovascular product portfolio and deliver product training.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business reports, forecast sales and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Sciences or a related life‑science field.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular products.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising Medical Representatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
