About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our fast‑paced team. You will work on‑site in Jdaideh while supporting US‑based operations, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring smooth communication with service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source qualified service providers across the United States.
• Conduct calls to negotiate rates, coordinate schedules, and confirm technical assessments.
• Analyze data and develop accurate technical quotes and work plans.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain internal systems with up‑to‑date documentation, photos, invoices, and approvals.
