About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to manage and grow accounts within an assigned territory. The role combines marketing, sales, and administrative duties to ensure product visibility, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the marketing plan set by management, introduce new products and reinforce existing ones.
- Research industry trends, share updates, and provide training to retailers and practitioners.
- Maintain a professional company image through strong product knowledge and ethical conduct.
- Handle customer complaints and queries, and stay informed on competitor products.
- Introduce the full product line, achieve monthly sales targets, and complete a minimum of 15 daily customer visits.
- Follow up with clients professionally, troubleshoot product issues with manager support, and maintain accurate customer histories.
- Optimize territory time, prepare monthly schedules, and submit daily activity reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in science (MBA is a plus).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, research, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
- Team player with fluency in English.
