About the role

The Hour Dress Lebanon is seeking a dedicated Bridal Manager to lead daily operations of its luxury bridal boutique in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position blends high‑end bridal consulting with boutique management, ensuring an elevated experience for clients seeking designer wedding and evening gowns.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the boutique’s day‑to‑day operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory control, and gown care.
• Guide clients through personalized styling, fittings, and consultations for bridal and evening wear.
• Manage relationships with local and international designers operating under a consignment model.
• Drive boutique growth through sales initiatives, marketing activities, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain awareness of Lebanese fashion market trends and luxury bridal styles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or bridal fashion.
• Passion for high‑end designer gowns and a strong client‑service orientation.
• Ability to lead a boutique team and foster a premium, client‑focused environment.
• Residency in Lebanon or valid work eligibility in Lebanon.
