About the role

The Boutique Sales Consultant will elevate the customer experience in a luxury boutique, providing expert product knowledge and personalized service. You will build strong client relationships, understand individual needs, and guide customers toward the perfect luxury items while supporting the brand’s image and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, listen actively, and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the brand’s products, features, textures, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and participation in promotions.
• Foster lasting client relationships with personalized follow‑up and service.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store upkeep to reflect the luxury brand’s image.
• Represent the brand professionally, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
• Participate in product training to stay current on new collections and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in a luxury atelier or high‑end retail environment.
• Proven track record in luxury retail or a similar high‑service setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including rapport building and personalized service.
