Les Amis Boutique is looking for a passionate Boutique Manager to lead its flagship store. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience, driving sales, and ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s luxury and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Team leadership: manage store staff to deliver high‑quality customer service and uphold boutique standards.
• Sales management: drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Customer experience: provide personalized service, address client needs, and resolve issues promptly.
• Store operations: oversee daily activities, inventory management, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Reporting and analysis: monitor sales data, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement strategies.
• Brand representation: ensure the boutique’s environment reflects the brand’s image and values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment, with a proven record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.
• Customer‑centric mindset, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and passion for luxury retail.
