Barista – Serve Premium Coffee & Beverages

About the role

We are seeking a passionate barista to join our café in Achrafieh, Beirut. The successful candidate will craft high-quality coffee and beverage experiences while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to high standards.
• Create and plate simple desserts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and equipment.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support daily operations and collaborate with team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coffee preparation or café settings is preferred.
• Experience with alcoholic beverage preparation is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Team-oriented attitude and positive outlook.
