Assistant Client Relations and Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented Assistant Client Relations and Community Manager to support our digital media agency in Kaslik. The role blends community engagement, social media management and client support to help strengthen our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline community and engagement strategies.
• Post and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers and followers.
• Monitor online conversations and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in community management.
• Provide regular updates on community feedback, sentiment and content performance.
• Work closely with the Account Manager on client requests and communications.
• Contribute ideas and constructive feedback during team discussions.
• Assist with research tasks by gathering relevant information, references or data.
• Network with journalists, media outlets and other external parties as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in major social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building online community relationships.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and community management.
