AI Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on AI Automation Engineer to design, build and deploy intelligent business systems that blend automation, AI and modern digital tools. The role involves creating AI‑powered workflows, agents and integrations for internal teams and client projects, aiming to eliminate manual work and boost operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch AI‑driven workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar.
• Build AI agents that automate customer service, operations, sales, reporting and other business processes.
• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Anthropic) into applications and workflows.
• Create Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging company documents, knowledge bases and structured data.
• Connect CRMs, ERPs, databases, communication tools and third‑party services via APIs, webhooks and OAuth.
• Develop AI‑powered assistants, chat‑bots and internal copilots for business users.
• Implement automated reporting, monitoring and business‑intelligence pipelines.
• Conduct workflow discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities across departments.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams and deployment guidelines.
• Test, troubleshoot, optimise and maintain automation systems for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and developers to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience building workflow automation, integrations or digital business systems.
• Hands‑on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier or comparable automation platforms.
• Proven track record of creating AI‑powered workflows using LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Anthropic.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration and agent‑based architectures.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth authentication and third‑party integrations.
• Ability to connect and automate tools like Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with both structured and unstructured data handling.
• Basic programming skills in JavaScript, Python or TypeScript.
