After-sales Services Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an After‑sales Services Engineer to provide on‑site and remote technical support for solar inverter projects. The role involves troubleshooting, data collection, and customer interaction to ensure successful commissioning and ongoing performance of photovoltaic installations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑installation surveys and commissioning support at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot inverter issues on‑site, analysing project data to identify root causes.
• Provide telephonic technical assistance and maintain detailed records of project information.
• Deliver product presentations at conferences and conduct training sessions for customers, either on‑site or remotely.
• Conduct competitor analysis and communicate key findings to the sales team.
• Monitor inverter performance, collect generation data, and carry out post‑commissioning analysis.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement and ensure timely follow‑up on service requests.
• Travel within the designated region as required.

Required profile

• B.E./B‑Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, solar inverters, PV module fundamentals and solar power plant operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure and work closely with customers.
• Willingness to join immediately or within 15 days.
