About the role
The Finance Department is seeking an Accountant to provide clerical and administrative support for its accounts payable function. The role ensures that payments are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time while supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle company cash and safe, including daily cash counts.
- Submit invoices with all required documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Reconcile vendors' statements of account.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Support audit exercises by providing necessary documents.
- Assist the Finance Manager with month‑ and year‑end closing tasks.
- Prepare and generate VAT reports and declarations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with NAVISION is a plus.
