Account Manager

About the role

Nova Niche is a behavioral marketing studio seeking an Account Manager who thinks like a marketer. The role is fully remote and based in Lebanon, allowing you to own a portfolio of accounts across multiple markets and grow them through strategic, well‑connected campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own accounts end‑to‑end, from planning to execution across several markets.
• Develop content plans and social‑media calendars aligned with each account’s objectives and audience.
• Write, review, and refine copy for social media, campaigns, ads, and other brand touchpoints.
• Tailor communication for each market so every account maintains its own voice.
• Ideate and build campaigns ranging from single‑channel efforts to full 360° activations that integrate social, outdoor, events, and more.
• Select and leverage the right channels for each objective, staying ahead of trends, platforms, and cultural moments.
• Translate concepts into clear briefs and guide the creative team to bring them to life.

Required profile

• A marketer’s mindset focused on objectives, audiences, and ideas rather than just deliverables.
• Strong command of major social and digital platforms and the ability to leverage each effectively.
• Experience planning campaigns, activations, and 360°/outdoor work across multiple mediums.
• Sharp sense of trends and cultural events with good judgment on fit for each account.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to run accounts independently.
