Account Manager – IT Sales

About the role

CIS Group, a leading ICT company in Lebanon, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager – IT Sales to join its growing sales team. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will build a career in technology sales, work alongside industry experts, and develop strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients by promoting ICT hardware, software and solution offerings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market research.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, address client issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals in coordination with the Pre‑Sales team.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in ICT or technology sales; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICT products and services (hardware, software, solutions).
