Web Development Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

Mediboost is looking for an experienced, highly organized and proactive Web Development Project Manager to join its growing team. The role is remote, based in Lebanon, full-time, with working hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Sydney time. You will coordinate projects across teams, monitor progress, spot delays and keep projects on track and on time, taking ownership from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from planning through completion, setting timelines, milestones, priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate work across design, development, marketing, content and other teams, and assign and monitor tasks.
• Follow up regularly, identify bottlenecks and dependencies early, and escalate risks before they become issues.
• Maintain accurate project information in project management systems and keep project records up to date.
• Communicate progress, risks and required decisions to management, run project meetings and document actions and owners.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for deadlines, help prioritize projects and allocate resources, and improve workflows and project management systems.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, SOPs and reporting, and check that completed work meets requirements.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of professional website development project management experience; digital marketing agency experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail and written and spoken English.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and communication skills, and comfort working independently remotely.
• Preferred: experience in a digital marketing agency, technology company or similar fast-paced environment, and experience managing remote or international teams.

Required skills

• Technical fluency in dev workflows, including sprint planning, QA processes and coordination between design, development and client teams.
• Project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp or Jira.
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification.
