Water Resources Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join our Beirut office on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on planning, designing and analysing water‑related infrastructure, ensuring projects meet local regulations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic studies for watersheds, runoff and water availability.
• Develop stormwater management plans, design drainage systems and flood mitigation measures.
• Assess water quality impacts on surface and groundwater and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical drawings, 3‑D models and detailed reports using engineering software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate water solutions into MEP and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in site visits, review construction documents and provide technical input during project coordination and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in water resources, hydrology or related engineering fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and technical writing abilities.
• Knowledge of local and international water‑related codes and standards.
