About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic waitress to join our front‑of‑house team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them feel welcome while delivering prompt, high‑quality service and driving sales through upselling techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange table set‑ups before and after each guest according to brand standards.
• Greet customers, present menus, assist with item selection, take orders and apply upselling strategies.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Communicate efficiently with kitchen staff and barista to ensure order accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure friendly, professional, and timely service.
• Report any discrepancies or customer complaints immediately to the manager on duty.
• Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑service role within hospitality.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
