Food Server

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Food Server position is based in Beirut. You will greet guests, present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly and professionally. The role also includes handling payments, answering menu questions and resolving guest concerns courteously.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain clean tables throughout service.
• Coordinate with bar staff to ensure timely delivery of drinks.
• Present menus and explain menu items to guests.
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders.
• Handle payments and process transactions.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food & beverage offerings and basic service procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tables in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, reliability and commitment to cleanliness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
