Visa Consultant

About the role

HMS Travel is seeking a dedicated Visa Consultant to join its team in Beirut. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide clients through visa applications and immigration procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultations on visa requirements and immigration matters.
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate visa documentation for clients.
• Coordinate directly with embassies, consulates, and clients to track application progress.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changing immigration policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the visa process.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of immigration issues, visa processes, and related policies.
• Excellent communication and consulting abilities for client interaction.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in travel and visa consultancy.
