Videographer & Video Editor (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing content team. Working closely with the Content Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end production of short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site video production, operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras, set up multi‑point lighting and capture high‑quality audio with lavalier or shotgun microphones.
• Edit fast‑paced, high‑retention videos using CapCut Pro or equivalent tools, delivering rapid turn‑around without compromising quality.
• Enhance content with dynamic motion graphics, visual effects (VFX) and strategic sound design (SFX) to boost engagement.
• Monitor social‑media trends, algorithms, popular audio tracks and meme formats, and integrate them into the content pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to brainstorm, storyboard and execute a consistent flow of digital assets aligned with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling physical production assets such as DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting and professional microphones.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mastery of short‑form editing styles, visual hooks and platform‑specific features.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with deep understanding of internet culture and digital consumer behavior.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and continuously learn new techniques.
