Programmatic Associate – Entry Level (MENA, Lebanon)

About the role

WPP Media is seeking an entry‑level Programmatic Associate to support the execution, monitoring and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across leading Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Google DV360, Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk. This position offers full training and development for recent graduates passionate about programmatic media.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and monitoring programmatic campaigns on DV360, Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
• Support campaign optimisation to meet KPI targets.
• Monitor pacing, delivery and basic performance metrics.
• Learn audience targeting, segmentation and inventory management.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
• Complete platform certifications and engage in ongoing learning.
• Stay updated on programmatic trends and platform developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
• Strong work ethic, professional integrity and good communication skills.
• Passion for digital and programmatic advertising.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with DV360, Amazon DSP or The Trade Desk is a plus.
