Video Editor - DTC Ads & VSL Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven video editor to create Arabic DTC ads and VSLs for a health & wellness e‑commerce brand targeting the Lebanese and GCC markets. The role is remote, full‑time, and focuses on high‑converting, fast‑paced video content.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑converting VSLs (3–6+ minutes) and short‑form Meta ad creatives.
• Craft direct‑response Arabic video ads optimized for retention, hook rate, CTR and sales.
• Generate AI‑powered UGC content and AI‑created B‑roll visual sequences.
• Apply scroll‑stopping edits that boost engagement and drive conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing DTC e‑commerce ads and understanding winning performance creatives.
• Ability to edit for retention, hook effectiveness, click‑through‑rate and conversions.
• Background with health, wellness, beauty or dropshipping brands.
• Fast work pace without sacrificing quality and openness to feedback.
• Proactive, coachable and growth‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing skills.
• Experience with AI tools for UGC generation.
• Experience with AI tools for B‑roll creation.
• Knowledge of creative automation workflows.
