Valuations & Business Modeling Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead our Valuation and Business Modeling practice in Beirut. The role involves advising clients on strategic valuation matters, supporting acquisition and transformation initiatives, and delivering high‑quality financial analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations for strategic priorities, including acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Provide fairness opinions and fair‑value assessments for financial reporting under IFRS.
• Collaborate with client management on acquisition processes, transformation plans, and capital allocation decisions.
• Identify and quantify sources of value creation, acting as a corporate finance advisor.
• Lead and coach junior and senior staff throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business (minimum 6 years valuation experience) or a graduate degree with 3‑5 years experience.
• Proven track record of solving complex problems, managing projects and building client relationships.
• Experience reporting to Directors/Partners and handling portfolio optimization.
• Strong understanding of IFRS standards related to fair value, business combinations and impairment testing.
• Previous valuation experience in a professional services or Big 4 environment.
• Progress towards or achievement of CFA designation.
