UX/UI Designer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, data‑driven growth marketing agency as a core member of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) department. You will shape how prospects experience our clients’ digital properties, from the first click to the final conversion, owning landing‑page experiences and collaborating closely with analysts and marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise high‑converting landing pages for specific campaigns and audience segments, applying UX best practices.
• Build and maintain pages across platforms such as Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace and other CMS tools, ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Write clean HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript or platform‑specific scripts to extend builder capabilities and create interactive elements.
• Conduct lightweight user research, create wireframes, low‑fi prototypes and interactive Figma prototypes for testing and stakeholder review.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system, produce UI assets for web, email and ad placements, and ensure visual consistency across touchpoints.
• Monitor page performance metrics (bounce rate, conversion rate, CTR) and provide monthly design performance reports, proposing data‑driven redesigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on performance‑oriented digital experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout, prototyping and design systems.
• Hands‑on experience building pages in at least two of the following: Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace or similar platforms.
