About the role

You will be the hands that turn our story into something people actually see, and the hands that build it live, not just hand it off. Qureos transforms hiring from a months‑long process into days with AI‑driven sourcing, screening and interviewing. As a Creative Designer & Webflow Developer you will shape every visual touchpoint that introduces the world to “hiring shouldn’t take eight weeks”.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build ads, landing pages and motion assets in Webflow without a hand‑off to developers.
• Create a unified visual language for two distinct funnels – companies hiring and talent applying – while keeping the Qureos brand unmistakable.
• Deliver growth‑speed output: weekly ads, landing pages, and launch‑ready motion, iterating based on performance data.
• Collaborate directly with growth, marketing and the founders, seeing your work live the next day.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional design experience (8+ years a plus) with shipped products.
• Ability to both design and implement in Webflow.
• Proven track record of high‑converting landing pages.
• Experience creating both organic social and paid‑media creatives.
• Comfort delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
• Motion design skills are a must.
• Fluent Arabic to capture nuances lost in translation.
