Travel Consultant – Reservation & Tourism Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to join our Beirut office. You will be responsible for managing airline tickets, hotel reservations, travel packages and visa assistance while delivering personalized service to our clients. The role combines customer interaction with detailed itinerary planning to ensure smooth and memorable journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Handle airline ticket reservations, hotel bookings, travel packages, transfers and other tourism services.
• Create customized travel itineraries and packages based on client needs and budgets.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel regulations, insurance and destination information.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts and travel documentation.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, refunds and special requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and in person.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or tourism‑related role.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservations, hotel bookings and travel packages.
• Good understanding of visa requirements and travel documentation for various destinations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly and client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
