Training and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Training and Development Manager to design, deliver and continuously improve a multi‑tiered learning programme for our consultants, team leaders and internal staff. The role will shape the culture of learning at AMC and ensure the workforce has the product knowledge, soft‑skill expertise and CRM proficiency needed to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire an energetic and exciting culture through learning and development at AMC.
• Develop a comprehensive training and development programme for AMC’s field salesforce.
• Create an advanced management training programme for promoted field staff.
• Implement ongoing training modules for internal full‑time AMC employees.
• Integrate skills assessments for all internal and external staff.
• Create an online toolkit for newly recruited field staff to educate them on company systems and CRM.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify training and development needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training development.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and skills assessment.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating both soft‑skill and technical trainings.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Proficient with technologies used for online and offline training delivery.
• Outgoing, fast‑paced, able to work independently and engage with diverse personalities.
