Traffic & Project Manager

About the role

The Traffic & Project Manager will serve as the internal account manager, ensuring that every request moves smoothly from brief to final delivery. You will coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to guarantee timely and high‑quality execution of campaigns, events, and exhibitions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for internal clients (departments) and manage their service requests.
• Serve as the main liaison for external third‑party suppliers during campaign execution and follow‑up.
• Oversee projects from inception (brief) through creation, supervision, delivery, and reporting.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects sequentially.
• Coordinate procurement and supplier relationships.
• Manage stands, exhibitions, and related logistics.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in traffic, project, or account management, preferably within an advertising agency, in‑house creative team, or marketing department.
• Demonstrated ability to handle several concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience coordinating multiple parties, event organization, and operations.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up capabilities; comfortable owning a project end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication skills to manage expectations of all stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
• Prior agency experience in a client‑side traffic or production role is a plus.
