Marketing Executive

About the role

Forward MENA is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Executive to work closely with the Zeal marketing team. You will coordinate day‑to‑day marketing and communications activities, helping to turn brand awareness into student enrollments across both organic and paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of Forward MENA’s marketing strategy in partnership with Zeal, covering organic and paid media.
• Maintain the annual content calendar and ensure timely production of brand‑aligned assets.
• Manage digital presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, the website and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor social media inboxes, respond to comments and messages, and escalate when needed.
• Track full‑funnel KPIs such as leads, CPL, CPA and conversion, and produce regular performance dashboards.
• Assist with planning, execution and optimisation of paid social and digital campaigns, working with media agencies.
• Coordinate creative assets with agencies and internal stakeholders to meet calendar deadlines.
• Prepare donor‑related updates, marketing materials and reporting for funding partners.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and content calendars.
• Strong organisational, analytical and project‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager (or similar advertising platforms).
• Power BI or comparable business‑intelligence tools.
• Google Workspace (Forms, Docs, Sheets) and website CMS tools.
• Social‑media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, and related scheduling tools.
• Experience with CRM and marketing‑automation/lead‑nurture systems.
• Conversion‑rate optimisation techniques.
