About the role
We are looking for a confident Telesales Specialist to join Doozy insurance. In this position you will generate new business by contacting potential customers over the phone and closing insurance sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce Doozy insurance products.
- Close sales over the phone and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
Required profile
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle objections effectively.
- Proactive, self‑driven attitude.
- Experience selling insurance by phone is preferred but not mandatory.
