About the role

We are seeking a driven and results‑oriented Telesales Consultant to join our team and promote our products and services through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer inquiries effectively.
Document and update customer records in the database.

Required profile

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
