About the role
Onsite is looking for a Technical Support Officer to join its Jounieh office. This full‑time, on‑site position will be the first point of contact for customers using Onsite’s cloud‑based construction management software, ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level support via phone, email and chat.
- Guide users through basic software navigation and features.
- Document and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and support cases.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with user onboarding and training sessions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to learn software applications quickly and work collaboratively.
