Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Must Energy Group is seeking a full‑time Technical Support Engineer to work on‑site installing, commissioning, inspecting and maintaining residential solar and energy‑storage equipment. The role involves direct interaction with end‑customers, distributors and internal technical teams to ensure reliable operation of PV inverters and lithium‑battery systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, inspection and daily maintenance of new‑energy equipment.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them for end customers.
• Provide professional technical training and after‑sales support to local distributors and partners.
• Respond promptly to service work orders, track progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to solve complex technical and after‑sales problems.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field.
• Experience repairing electronic and electrical products.
• Fluent in English with the ability to read technical manuals and report bugs.
• Strong communication skills for delivering Webex/Zoom training and creating installer guides.

Required skills

• Knowledge of residential PV inverter operation.
• Understanding of lithium‑battery energy storage (BESS) charging/discharging logic and BMS management.
• Proficiency with Modbus (RTU/TCP) and CAN communication protocols.
• Configuration of WiFi and GPRS monitoring modules and integration of third‑party devices.
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot product problems and perform repairs.
