Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join a leading financial services company. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth operation of critical software and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify software solutions and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Diagnose bugs, review logs, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Communicate with employees to quickly understand and resolve issues.
• Provide clear, timely feedback and follow‑up to confirm resolution.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation.
• Manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
• Test and evaluate new technologies, monitor alerts and dashboards.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior experience in technical or desktop support (L1/L2).
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of software quality assurance, SDLC and SOA concepts.
• Familiarity with web security standards and CRM systems is a plus.
