About the role
We are looking for a proactive Technical Sales Representative to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and provide after‑sales support. You will act as the bridge between our product team and customers, ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry to post‑sale service.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with clients on inquiries and orders, maintaining strong relationships.
- Generate leads, support business development activities, and help achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and software training for clients.
- Provide after‑sales service, handle complaints in coordination with internal quality control, and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow‑up documentation.
- Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in technical sales and client support.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.
