Technical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Sales Representative to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and provide comprehensive after‑sales support. You will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring product knowledge and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on inquiries and orders, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads, support business‑development initiatives, and help achieve sales targets.
• Provide after‑sales service, handle complaints in coordination with internal quality control, and maintain accurate client records.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and train clients on software usage and technical functionalities.
• Explain product features and technical specifications clearly, and perform software testing and troubleshooting when required.
• Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments; collaborate with the Colorist department for product updates.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in technical sales and client support.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional client training and support skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.
