Technical Project Manager

About the role

Equadis is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of its SaaS product for customers worldwide. You will act as the technical lead, guiding projects from requirements gathering through to production deployment while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical implementation projects, managing timelines, quality and client expectations.
• Analyse customer technical requirements and design optimal integration solutions.
• Configure APIs, connectors and data exchanges between the Equadis platform and client systems.
• Perform solution configuration, deployment activities and data validation using SQL databases.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Support and Customer Success teams.
• Create technical documentation such as integration guides, specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Support customers throughout deployment, go‑live and post‑implementation phases.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, systems integration or SaaS deployment projects.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience configuring software solutions and integrating multiple information systems.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• REST APIs and integration experience.
• SQL and relational database knowledge.
• JavaScript proficiency.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Comfort using AI assistants (e.g., Claude) to automate technical tasks.
