Managed Services Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Managed Services Engineer to develop, implement and support solutions across customer test and production environments. The role involves troubleshooting issues at database, application, network, communication and integration levels while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and deploy services using available software licenses and tools.
• Gather and document change request requirements, manage implementation and integration.
• Create and maintain database procedures and related functions to support applications.
• Deploy, test and validate changes, providing support during User Acceptance Testing.
• Maintain and optimise existing services for performance, scalability and reliability.
• Provide technical support via phone, email and on‑site, and perform after‑hours emergency support when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, covering the full software lifecycle.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with attention to detail.
