Technical Product Owner

About the role

The Technical Product Owner bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that solutions are designed, built, and maintained to meet strategic objectives. Working closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, developers, and testers, you will drive the technical vision of projects while supporting incident and problem management in production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop comprehensive technical designs that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with project goals.
• Guide developers during implementation, providing technical direction and troubleshooting support.
• Act as the liaison between business and development teams to ensure clear communication of technical requirements.
• Partner with testers to create test plans, validate solutions, and resolve technical issues.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user guides, and architecture diagrams.
• Participate in incident and problem management, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate documentation and requirements analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience linking business analysis with technical solution design.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve production incidents and problems.
• Interest in continuous improvement and staying current with emerging technologies.
