Technical Lead – Remote – $200k/year

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to own quality and delivery of our AI‑powered educational applications. In this remote position you will split your time between hands‑on development of sophisticated features and guiding a small team of 3‑5 engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement core product features that set architectural patterns for the team.
• Conduct pull‑request reviews with detailed, instructional feedback.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming and regular coaching.
• Define and enforce quality benchmarks across the team.
• Break down technical initiatives into clear, actionable tasks.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience such as code reviews and mentoring.
• Proven track record delivering SaaS products.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI tools into development workflows.
