About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing top talent for internal positions, ensuring a high‑quality recruitment process from screening to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls and detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills through tailored assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine suitability and present offers.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques, track recruitment metrics, and communicate promptly with candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with seamless switching between languages.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, adaptability, and independent decision‑making.
• Passion for learning, resilience in challenging scenarios, and proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
