About the role
Selego is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top technical talent across multiple countries, directly influencing the company’s growth and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, from job description creation to offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects Selego’s values.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and use analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to communicate requirements clearly.
- Experience recruiting internationally and navigating varied employment practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and driving process improvements.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent sourcing tools.
